The guy you want to have a pint with – Dripta Roy

When you love what you do – it can’t be called work. It’s more a way of life. When all you know, think, breathe and do is design… what are you? Somehow I don’t think ‘artist’ is big enough a title. Designer? I’m not feeling that either. Change Agent? We’re probably getting closer.

With a DNA mash up from India and Canada along with a home address out of London England, Dripta weaves the best from each world into a story. A picture. A design. A something that perfectly captures the essence of a journey that took 1000 days to finish.

I first met Dripta at a pub in London’s city centre. We’re both Canadian Ex-Pats. I immediately picked up on his energy – pure, obvious, constant. You could easily lose an afternoon to him in conversation and yet only think a few minutes had passed. A lovely guy who is well travelled, well read, entrepreneurial and a lot of fun. Regardless of whether or not you have design at the centre of your world, you will no doubt find a lot of common ground with him.
