Wow! The CBC just shared with me their most viewed online articles from today. When you go to their site www.cbc.ca they share the most blogged stories, the most read articles and feature readers comments and finally they give you the opportunity to share your view.
I’m impressed… Social Media is another channel to tap. Another conversation to engage… that’s it. No rocket science here.
